Cantina Do Mori
San Polo
The oldest bacaro in the city, near the Rialto market. Copper pans on the ceiling, no seats, and small sandwiches called francobolli, meaning postage stamps.
Local tip: Closed Sundays. Go before 12.30 or after 6 to avoid the worst of the crush.
Serving since 1462, and still essentially a corridor with wine in it.
